Most people lose sight of how much happiness is a result of their expectations and perceptions as well as of the demands they make of life. It is true that when something good happened to someone, they usually feel better. And they will feel worst and feel very low when bad things are happening to them. However, the effect of good and bad experiences and incorporate them into ur life. In other words, ur sense of self can go a long way toward helping u maintain ur feelings of well-being even when ur life experiences are not always pleasant. It is a mistake to assume that happiness is caused by external events. Many people truly believe they would be happy "if only" something(external) would happen. An example: "I would be happy if only...... 1) I could find the perfect partner. 2) I could win a lottery. 3) all the problems in my life would go away." These examples are wishing thinking as well. Bear this in mind that... If one who is goin to think that way, then there's no meaning of living n fulfill the purpose of life.
