The range of things that worries us sometimes can be enormous. There are some worries that are never going to be resolved. You may be in a situation where there is really nothing that you can do. Its a pity because these worries will carry with us for so long as we do not stop thinking about it. And its not gonna be easy to stop thinkin about issues that may really affect ur personal lives. We don't need ppl to tell us how horrible that feels- cuz we r living in it. Sayin that sometimes will make it worst depending on how the strong the person is. Its hard sometimes that we tried so hard to help but yet couldnt find any solution to resolve the issue. We have to come to the conclusion that at some point of time, its good that we let our heart decides what is best for us. To save ur sanity n mental well being, u need to start to focus on other things, particularly things that u can change for the better. Stayin too long is not healthy. It will affect our daily life and our personality and mood will start to change from time to time. We no longer feel happy, we dont feel secure, we start to lose trust on others and so forth. We need a sense tt there is smth in ur life that u can take control again. We feel good when we are energetic and taking charge of our lives. The best possible thing from my experience is, just be alone at times during the night and reflect what has happened and what are the things that can be avoid and change. We need to have faith in ourselves believin that we are capable of our own thoughts and action.
