When you talk to people and you influence them with ur inspiration n enthusiasm with ur heart engaged, u create an environment in which it is easy to learn, to grasp difficult concepts n ideas, and to share knowledge. It may eventually bring others to travel the distance with u. A benchmark of a great communicator perhaps. But of course having said that, great communicator comes with empathy... Empathy by putting urself into someone else's shoes, seeing from their perspective- And not thinking about any other thing else but that person's world itself.
