So how much time do you really exercise in a week? Three times? Once? Never? The truth is that we have so much resources and knowledge abt nutrition and exercise program these days compared to a decade ago which was very limited. Yet some individuals didnt take full advantage of it. Ask yourself, do you have the desire to live longer,healthier n productive lives?. When asked to that question, some people claim they are too busy to put exercise into their hectic schdeules,well, time isnt the real issue. It's how u prioritize ur time. If given 500bucks an hour to work out, I bet you'd probably do it. All these are just excuses cuz they do not have the commitment to do it. Some have already decided their aim to have a healthy lifestyle. And those are the people whom I'm confident that they know how to take care of themselves. We dont have to be super fit to live in this world.We just need the correct nutrition in our body. And we dont really need or to qualify like those cover magazines such as Men's Health, FHM n so forth in order to feel in shape and feel gd abt urself. Bottomline is, we have to take gd care of ourselves. I admit I love working out and have a great body shape but I can never look like Vincent Ng, Ryan Reynold or The Rock. Why do I said such things? Because there are many different body types as there are faces. Agree with me? Being concerned abt how other bodies look n function doesnt improve the quality of our lives. Taking good care of our own body does. Like I said earlier, I have passion for having a nice build up body BUT that is not my main priority to be honest. Its true having a nice body is good n important for both males and females but there is smth which is far more important than just lookin good which is, Health. So what if u have a great body n you keep drinking alcohol, lightin up a box of cigarettes and eatin junk food everyday. I don't see any point of it. All the effort that has been put may juz come to a waste. It will just damage the health and risk of gettin diseases such as cancer etc. Let me give u a scenario, If you were told that you got a Porsche 911 n it would be ur only one, that it would have to last a lifetime, I reckon you will take excellent care of it. Its the same as health. Its the only one you ll ever have and it will go better and longer if u take care of it. Don't ruin it n regret later in ur life. So why don't u start plannin ur own schedule. A little exercise is better than nothing. For those who doesnt agree with me from what I said from the start, I accept any opinions. Afterall, this is my perception abt health.
