To most people, working eight to ten hours a day, five days a week sometimes more can be very taxing. In fact, that's a lot of your life to be unhappy about! And its not suprising to see why people always look forward to the weekend before going back to the office on monday morning, where all the stress starts to come again. And the same cycle goes on week after week, and eventually, we find work becomes a drag, life becomes meaningless and stress becomes part of your lifestyle. Knowing that stress is inevitable in every job, perhaps we should learn to have a healthy mind and more importantly keeping our interest and managing our remaining time left preciously so as to avoid burn out.
The key to keep yourself healthy and positive is to have a sufficient rest. And while resting, listen to a music which brings peace to your heart, and learn to open up to yourself from there. When you know what you truly like to do and what you are capable of doin, you'll do things that brings value and happiness to yourself . When you achieve that, you look forward to work and end your shift with a satisfying performance everyday. That way, you don't only look forward to only weekends but everyday as a new blessing and meaningful day.
